garlic is it a natural antibiotic?
anyone ever hear of using garlic as a natural antibiotic? anyone ever try it and or have any legit medical evidence to back it up? not looking for opinions here dont care whay aunt so and so said. any medical profesionals here that know that it actually works. just getting interested in herbs and such and heard that it was good stuff.
Yes garlic is a natural antibiotic. And it works wonders especially with an ear infection. Put some olive oil and fresh garlic cloves in a frying pan, put it on your stove on med-hi for 3 min. And once it cools down take a cotton ball and dip it into the mixture and stick it in your ear. Do it 3x for one day and you’ll see a difference. By the 2nd day, the ear infection will almost be gone. Garlic will kill almost anything!
Another random fact. Cayenne pepper is a natural anti-inflammatory. If you have strep throat, or a soar throat fill a cup with warm water, sprinkle Cayenne pepper on the top and gargle with it. It takes the pain right away. If you have a hurt or swollen foot/arm/knee , fill a basin with warm water, mix in Cayenne pepper and soak your injury in it for about 20min. Cayenne pepper will draw out the inflammation and you will be able to see the swelling go down.
