Have you lost weight (10 pounds +) drinking Green Tea or wulong/oolong tea? What works for you and what don’t?

I am doing some research on drinking tea to lose weight and is looking for people who have actually done it. Which tea do you drink? How much do you drink? How about diet and exercise? Any tips to share? Thanks!

while i agree with the patch, I think simply cutting back fat intake (mcdonalds bacon egg and cheese biscuits for breakfast and 2 beef sausage hot dogs for lunch) helps. Also try out something of jogging, bicycling, or simply walking. a full range motion workout done in front of the tv or something should do. I’m 25 and I just wanna ride my bike like the kids do!!!!! swimming too maybe is a good workout and that’s if you don’t get the patch. coinciding with patches, i drink tons of coffe wich can be a major appetite suppressent. yep, probably anything caffinated. I lost 10 pounds just by cutting out the McDonalds and taking smalls walks, no more than what you’d do at school or work to and from the building.
